- What is your return and exchange policy?
Please keep in mind that all sales are final. However, if there was any error on our part, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your package, and we'll find a way to make it right.
Products must be unused, and returned in its original packaging. Items that have been used in any degree will NOT be accepted as returns under any circumstances.
The customer will have the option to have the used items returned to their address at their expense should The Makeup Store MNL receive items that are not in new condition.
- What if the item I got from you is fake? Is it possible to get my money back?
All our items are purchased from the official brand websites. These may be the websites of the cosmetic company itself or official retailers like Sephora, Macy's and Nordstrom.
You may check our Instagram account, www.instagram.com/themakeupstore.mnl , for proof of purchase of all items.
You may also send us a message via SMS 0906 - 277 - 5436 or email hello@themakeupstoremnl.com to request for these documents.
However, if the item sent to you from our store is indeed proven to be fake, you may request for a refund. Double your money back :)
