Feel free to browse through all our products! We've got quite a lot of items in stock, and it can be a bit overwhelming at first but that's exactly how we want our store to be - your one stop shop for all things makeup related.

You can also make use of the search bar on the top left corner of the website.
STEP 2 Add to cart
If something catches your eye, just choose which color and quantity you'd like to purchase, and click ADD TO CART. It will automatically be added to your cart.
STEP 3 Check out
Once you've chosen what you'd like to order, click the CART button on the upper right hand corner. Double check if the items in your cart are correct before clicking CHECK OUT.
STEP 4 Customer Information
Fill out all the details asked from you - your email address, full name, shipping address, and contact number. Please do not leave any of the items blank because this might lead to delays in processing your order.
STEP 5 Pick out your preferred delivery option

Cash on Delivery (available for METRO MANILA addresses only. Cash on Delivery for provincial addresses has been temporarily suspended by our courier during the lockdown.
Please note that your order will only be reserved for three working days. If you need a payment extension, just send us a message and we'll gladly continue to reserve the item for you :)
STEP 7 Send Proof of Payment
Once the payment is settled, please send a screenshot/photo of proof of payment to hello@themakeupstoremnl.com with the ff subject: [Payment] Order No. and Name
STEP 8 Wait for your order!
Your order will be picked up by the courier the next working day the proof of payment has been sent in.
You will receive an email with the shipping details of your package once it has been picked up by the courier.
Depending on which shipping option you chose, delivery time can take 1 to 3 working days.
Due to the Luzon Enhanced Community Quarantine, there might be delays to your order.
FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is an exclusive service we provide to our customers nationwide. It's a risk-free payment method where you only pay upon receiving your goods.
If you will not be around to pay and receive your order, please leave the payment with your authorized representative such as your househelp, office/hotel/condo/building receptionist or guard, office staff or co workers, etc.
Pro-tip: choosing COD also allows your order to be processed faster since we won't be needing to do any bank or credit card checks.
